Definition of the research program

Together with its client, Cimbiose identifies the problem to be solved, defines the approach to be followed and then, together, they will carry out the explorations that will allow them to move from the problem to a well built research project. For this, Cimbiose will be involved beside the client to carry out the scientific and IP bibliographic researches, to define the concrete objectives of the project and finally to establish the research plan which will include the technical aspects, the phasing, the resources and the necessary means, thus allowing to establish a budget and a realistic calendar.

The creation and presentation of collaborative projects files to funders

Cimbiose gather top experts in the international scientific community to form the project team. Cimbiose structures the project, defines the role and responsibilities of each team member and assigns each task a realistic budget.
Cimbiose is also responsible to collect, synthesize and format the proposal and write the consortium agreement.
Finally, Cimbiose presents the proposal to the funders and monitors the project.
